From Race Cars to Royalty: My Latest Hand-Embroidered Kids’ Jean Jackets!

At Beedy Knits, I love turning kids’ favorite things into wearable art. Whether it’s a sparkly princess, a speedy race car, or a team logo they cheer for every Sunday, each design starts with a bit of imagination and ends with a one-of-a-kind piece they can wear proudly. Every stitch is done by hand — with love, creativity, and plenty of color.

It’s been a busy (and colorful!) stretch in my embroidery corner lately — and I’m so excited to show off my latest batch of hand-embroidered kids’ jean jackets! These custom orders have been all over the map — from fast and fearless race cars, to Eagles and Phillies pride, to twirling princesses, sparkly Minnie Mouse bows, and even a few fabulous flamingos strutting into the mix.

Every jacket starts as a blank canvas and ends up bursting with personality. Some are sporty, some are magical, and some are just plain fun — but each one tells its own little story through thread and imagination.

I love when parents (and sometimes kids!) come to me with ideas — “Can you make it pink and glittery?” “Can you add a car with flames?” “Can Minnie have a bow with hearts?” The answer is always yes! That’s the magic of custom embroidery — no two jackets are ever the same.

These mini masterpieces are stitched to last, meant for adventures, photos, and all the fun in between. Whether it’s cheering on their favorite team, channeling their inner Disney star, or just rocking something totally unique, these jackets are made with love and a little extra sparkle.
